Florida Acupuncture and Counseling, Inc. is a locally owned integrative wellness practice serving Gainesville, Alachua County, and North Central Florida. Founded in 2019, our mission is to help individuals achieve lasting wellness by addressing the connection between mind, body, and overall quality of life through compassionate, evidence-informed care.

Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed mental health counselors, acupuncture physicians, massage therapists, and wellness professionals who work collaboratively to provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Services include mental health counseling, acupuncture, massage therapy, health coaching, medication management, and wellness education. We support individuals, couples, families, veterans, and professionals seeking relief from stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, burnout, and other health concerns.

As one of Florida's few Black woman-owned integrative wellness clinics, we are committed to creating a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where every client feels seen, heard, and supported. We believe true healing happens when physical, emotional, and mental health are treated together rather than in isolation.

Florida Acupuncture and Counseling is proud to partner with local organizations, employers, healthcare providers, and veterans' programs to improve access to high-quality wellness services throughout our community. In 2024, we were honored with the Greater Gainesville Chamber's Business Serving Veterans Award for our commitment to those who have served our country.
